Not All Glycerin Is Created Equal

The glycerin used in our products is derived from coconut or palm kernel oil. Glycerin is a natural by-product created during the process of making soap, called saponification. It is a natural humectant (attracts moisture to skin), and so is used in other cosmetic products to soften and moisturize.
