Where Is My Package?

You will receive an order confirmation when your order is received, another one when your order is shipped, with tracking, and a final one when your order is marked delivered by the carrier.


If you have placed an order and not received an order confirmation email, please check your promotions tab and spam or junk folders, and bee sure to mark info@savannahbee.com as a SAFE Sender in your email so you can receive all updates!


When will my order ship?

For questions about order fulfillment, please note: During holidays due to order volume, fulfillment can take 3-6 business days from order date to bee fulfilled! Our busy bees are working their hardest to get your order out the door as quickly as possible.


If you receive a confirmation or delivery email, and have not received your package yet: Occasionally, carriers will mark a package as delivered before they actually drop it off. In these instances, packages often arrive within two business days of being marked delivered.

If your package does not arrive within 2 business days, please let us know and we will be more than happy to file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.  


“That’s not my house!”

If your delivery tracking shows that your package was delivered with a photo that does not appear to be your home and you suspect it was misdelivered, please take the following steps first:

  1. Check with everyone in your household and with your neighbors.
  2. Look around all entrances and possible delivery locations at your home.

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us and provide the following information so we can help expedite the search with our delivery partners:

  • The correct shipping address for the package
  • Confirmation of whether the delivery photo is or is not your home
  • Confirmation that you have checked with your spouse, children, household members, pets if applicable, and neighbors to ensure they did not receive the package by mistake

Once we have this information, we will be happy to file a claim with the carrier on your behalf if necessary.
