Are there any exclusions to Free Shipping promotions?

Free shipping through our Royalty Rewards program and all free shipping promotions applies to Standard Shipping only and excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and Canada. Expedited shipping rates are not eligible.
