Can I Add Items or Make Changes to My Order?

Once an order has been submitted, we’re unable to make changes or add items. This includes:

  • Adding or removing products
  • Changing sizes, types, or quantities
  • Updating shipping type or billing information

We understand this might be inconvenient and apologize for the limitation.

If you’d like to include additional items, we can cancel your current order so you can place a new one with all the items you need. Please contact our support team as soon as possible—once an order begins processing, cancellation may no longer be possible.
