When Will My Order Ship?
Holiday Shipping Delays & Cutoffs
Christmas 2025 Shipping Cutoffs:
- PO Boxes: Order by December 10th at 1:00 p.m. EST
- Standard Shipping: Order by December 14th at 11:59 p.m. EST
- 2-Day Shipping: Order by December 18th at 1:00 p.m. EST
- Overnight Shipping: Order by December 22nd at 1:00 p.m. EST
Shipping Timelines & Delivery Expectations
Our order-by deadlines for Standard and Expedited shipping are based on typical carrier transit times. While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays due to weather or carrier conditions may occur. Once your order leaves our care, delivery timelines are ultimately determined by the carrier.
*Fulfillment Delays During Holidays
During the holiday season and long weekends, fulfillment can take up to 3–6 business days due to increased order volume.
Please note: We are closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. ET.
Order Processing & Fulfillment Times
- Standard Orders: Most standard orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days, depending on order volume.*
- Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. ET, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- Expedited Orders (2-Day or Overnight): These are prioritized and typically ship the same business day if placed before 1:00 p.m. ET, Monday–Thursday.
Please note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or standard U.S. shipping holidays.
Standard Shipping Times
All standard shipping methods (USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground) typically take:
- 3–5 business days for East Coast addresses
- 7–10 business days for West Coast addresses

If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend choosing:
- 2-Day Shipping
- Overnight Shipping
Expedited Shipping Cutoff:
Orders must be placed by 1:00 p.m. ET, Monday–Thursday to ship the same business day.
Please note: Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends will ship the next business day, and weekend days are not included in expedited shipping guarantees.
2-Day orders placed after 1:00pm on Wednesday, may not arrive until the following Monday.
Overnight orders placed after 1:00pm on Thursday, may not arrive until the following Monday.
