How It’s Made
We start with our premium honey and mix in real ingredients like:
- Cinnamon
- Lemon extract
- Other natural flavors
Then, we place the mixture in a special churn and stir tank, where it’s gently stirred for up to 72 hours. This slow, low-temperature churning process:
- Preserves the honey’s natural enzymes and flavor
- Allows ingredients to blend evenly throughout
- Creates that signature creamy, spreadable texture
A Better Process: From Whipper to Churn
We used to use a whipper machine, which aerated the honey quickly. While it produced a light, fluffy texture, it wasn’t ideal for blending real spices and extracts evenly.
Now, we use a churn and stir system instead.
