Our Whipped Honey is a customer favorite—known for its rich flavor and smooth, spreadable texture. But what makes it truly unique is the gentle, time-intensive process we use to create it.


How It’s Made

We start with our premium honey and mix in real ingredients like:

  • Cinnamon
  • Lemon extract
  • Other natural flavors

Then, we place the mixture in a special churn and stir tank, where it’s gently stirred for up to 72 hours. This slow, low-temperature churning process:

  • Preserves the honey’s natural enzymes and flavor
  • Allows ingredients to blend evenly throughout
  • Creates that signature creamy, spreadable texture

A Better Process: From Whipper to Churn

We used to use a whipper machine, which aerated the honey quickly. While it produced a light, fluffy texture, it wasn’t ideal for blending real spices and extracts evenly.

Now, we use a churn and stir system instead.

  • No added air means a denser, creamier final product
  • Improved flavor distribution and mouthfeel
