How Do I Redeem My Points?

You can redeem points for discounts off purchases online at our website or in Savannah Bee Company retail stores. Points can be redeemed in 100 point increments, for $5 off per 100 points, up to $500 points, and then 1000 points can be redeemed for $50 off your order. Points redemption is not able to be used with other promotional codes or sales.

Your Royalty Rewards program is equivalent to your email address, so it is best for collecting rewards points and other benefits based on tier status to use only one email account when you place orders with us. If you are shopping on our website, make sure you are logged in to your account before you check out and follow the instructions here to redeem Royalty Rewards points. If you are shopping in our stores, you need only provide them with your Royalty Rewards email to redeem your rewards points.

When checking out online, any available points can be redeemed using the drop down menu on the right side of the page at check out. You will want to check on the left side of the Information page to make sure you are logged in. Please see the included image below for reference.

If you're checking out on a tablet or on mobile, the layout will bee a bit different. You'll need to open the Order Summary to view your available points.

The only instance where you will not see this option is if you check out with Google Pay. If you are attempting to pay via Google Pay, you will need to apply your points before clicking into Google Pay. 

Points redemption are not available when purchasing through other sites or apps, only directly at Savannahbee.com.
